I have been visiting Keith Francis, every 3 months, for the last 3 years and I absolutely look forward to every visit. The wonderful Rose is my hairdresser, and she deserves a medal for the work she has completed on my hair. I caved during covid and used dark box dyes on my hair... and Rose spent months trying to repair the damage I had created. Slowly (as my primary focus was to keep the quality) I have gone back to a beautiful blonde, and for the last year we have been maintaining the blonde.Rose is so professional, happy and bubbly, I have had the pleasure of building a lovely friendship with her over the years, but without a doubt knows hairdressing inside out..From the start of my visit, being met by the bubbly ladies at Reception, to leaving I am made to feel so welcome.As well as being great hairdressers...the salon smells divine, their coffee is delicious (and the biscuits), the trainees washing my hair, give the best head massages, whilst laying, feet reclined on their comfy chairs.Keith, Helena, Rose, Lilli and the rest of the team have created one of my favorite places to visit and I cannot recommend it enough.Thank you.Kerry Barden-Tillyer

Absolute appalling service and treatment provided. Especially from the owner himself. Had booked an appointment well in advance as a birthday present from my boyfriend. He explained he wanted top stylist and could have what ever I wanted. So money was to be spent! On consultation Daisy didn’t seem very motivated and 1st impressions were she couldn’t be bothered. I had asked for a simple highlight and lowlights with cut. She then went off behind us whispering with her colleagues about how would she do it, how would she find the time, she didn’t think it was possible. Needless to say I came out felling a little apprehensive as a new customer. The night before my appointment for my birthday we had a text message at 8:50pm to tell us our appointment had been cancelled! They rang in morning at 10:07 and said we’ve had a cancellation come in for 10:15!!! Now even if I lived in a shocked I wouldn’t have made it!! So explained I’m in the car can be 20 only to be told no can’t do that!Everytually spoke to the owner himself who didn’t t try hard enough to Rectify the problem instead argued with me over the phone. No offer of apology or for any inconvenience cause. No consideration for the effort or impact made to us. Pretty sure they could have moved some appointment considering it had been arranged for so long and di did wrong it’s supposed to be a highly reputable establishment. I can assure you I will not be returning and will remind you that ‘ word of mouth’ goes a very long way.

The best hairdresser's in Ashford, such lovely, kind welcoming staff, highly recommend, my daughter and I have been going to this salon for over 15 years and always recommend them as they are the best and that's down to the lovely staff they have working there and the atmosphere is great and they always make you feel at ease and always a brilliant service and really look after their clients.

I have found a hair salon that understands what u want....such a fabulous salon. Head massage was fantastic.Keith and the team are lovely, delivering such a High standard of knowledge and professionalism.....highly satisfied with the service, the new hairstyle..loads of help regarding the correct products and techniques to use to achieve the desired look...definitely going back as a regular client....thank you everyone at the salon x

First time at Keith Francis I saw Laura and was so pleased with the cut my daughter saw holly and was very happy both listened to what we wanted…

I will never go here again. After growing my hair to just below shoulders I decided to go in for a bob that sat mid way on my neck with an undercut. I showed a picture and indicated where I wanted the length. The person then cut to just under my ear, several inches shorter than I indicated. I came out with lots of straggly hairs. I looked like an extra on Wallace and gromit. I complained and was told to come back in. The lady who tried to sort it out said my undercut was uneven so sorted that out. She put some layers in and said I now needed to wait 8 weeks for the length to grow back to get the style I originally wanted. No refund was offered. I now have to pay for hair extensions to be put in to put some length back in the front or walk around with this awful hairstyle until it grows. Do not go here. I've been going to them for years but will be taking my business elsewhere and telling friends and family to avoid in future. I have since been given a refund
