Swiftly received my part ordered , when it turned out to be the wrong item , NI Spares quickly rectified this even contacting my appliance supplier to make sure the right part was then re-distributed too Me and very quickly sent out my replacement part .. I was trying to purchase a new fan motor and the owner had an extensive WhatsApp conversation with me and actually sorted my issue and got my oven working which I hadn’t used for 6 months. He could have sold me the parts but gave up his time on a Friday night to help me out. Top fella top business

Have used NI Spares several times for urgent oven spares. Its proven on both occasions that he is reliable, faster and cheaper than trying to obtain through a GB based supplier who has to struggle to get parts from the EU. NI spares get their suppliers to send from EU ( NI is still in the EU for goods after all!) without Brexit supply issues overnight and deliver as fast as humanely possible once they have received them in. Totally recommend them.

Oven stopped working mid cooking. Figured it was the heating element but couldn't find a replacement that would fit. This website was the only one we could find that actually included our model of oven. Even the indesit website didn't (or it was that confusing we couldn't find it). Paid for the element yesterday, it arrived today and the oven is working perfectly. Thank you!!

Purchased a bosch oven element on Monday 22nd April. Arrived in the UK on Wednesday. The element was fitted and working on Friday. The price and shipping costs were fantastic. This company is brilliant. Would highly recommend
