Absolute Alarms
My alarm was installed by them nearly 20 years ago, serviced regularly to a very high standard. Any parts that were needed to be upgraded are well priced and installed (this time new front door connectors recommended by Keith). Have recommended this company to neighbours.

We’ve been with Absolute alarms for 5 years and always found them extremely easy to deal with. They were the only company who seemed to care about our security and bespoke positioning of sensors when we initially got quotes from alarm suppliers.All the engineers that come out to maintain our alarm are friendly and knowledgeable and the engineers over the phone are able to fix any small issues remotely as all the alarm systems are accessible from the cloud.Never had any problems and would highly recommend.

Absolute Alarms
We have now had Absolute Alarms for 10 years and have a police monitored alarm system. The system has been excellent and have had no false activations which is breath of fresh air as previous alarm in our old house constantly went off. The alarm is serviced twice year and we have a good rapport with the engineers that come Keith comes most of the time and he is very friendly knowledgeable and thorough with his work. Would recommend absolute alarms to anyone that wanted a efficient working system with friendly support.

Keith is very competent and was very helpful and friendly and explained many things, regarding the alarm system. We have been with Absolute Alarms for 13 years and would recommend them and their engineers, any problems we have had have been sorted quickly and efficiently. I have been with Absolute Alarms since 2017 when they were referred to me by another family member.Keith recently came to carry out my annual maintenance service. He was extremely helpful, resolving a couple of small issues that had occurred intermittently & also pointing out system improvements that had come into effect during the last 12 months. Great customer service.

I have been a customer of Absolute Alarms for several years. Without exception, the service I have received is exemplary. Each year the system is serviced, usually by Callum. He is very experienced and friendly. A true credit to your company. If you’re looking to have an alarm fitted then contact Absolute Alarms. The office staff are extreme helpful and will answer any questions you may have. I would definitely recommend this company.

Absolute Alarms installed the system and it has been great however I needed a modification due to building work.A fault developed 2days after the engineer serviced my alarm. I paid ~£216 for a service and £24 for new batteries.It would have been far more professional for them to come back out and have a quick look rather than say I'd have to pay for another call out fee.

Have had alarm for a year and had our first annual visit today. Our engineer Keith was very professional and showed us a number of features to enhance use of the alarm. Very happy with the service provided by Absolute Alarms and Security and a great service from Keith.Highly recommended.
