Premier Inn York South West hotel

Good food. Nice comfy bed. A nicely decorated restaurant area. And Sue is a real asset to Premier Inn's. He experience showed through. Very lovely nature, with a sense of humour. The rest of the staff were nice as well, but credit where it's due.

If you need a stay with a more intimate,bespoke and artisan feel, this is the place to go. Sophie is amazing. Yes it's a Premier Inn...

I stay in a lot of Premier Inns due to work. This is one of the best, I've stayed in. Friendly staff who are helpful and courteous; food cooked to order but you don't wait an age as you do in Thirsk or Scarborough: rooms and bathroom facilities as you would expect. Still find the pillows a strange mix but you can't have everything.

Quiet and comfortable. Location perfect for our needs - but could be a bit out of the way for some.Staff were really friendly and helpful.The meal deal is really good value.

Great stay over at this hotel.This was the first time we had visited a Premier Inn and we are sure that it will not be the last.The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the bed was enormous and comfortable!The staff were very friendly and helpful.The breakfast was excellent.What more can one ask?

I'm currently on my 7th or 8th stay at this Premier Inn whilst I've been working in the area over the last few months. I tend to stay Monday to Friday but have occasional stayed a night longer.The staff are fantastic. Friendly and helpful and I tend to see the same people stay after stay, which is nice as it's been just me from my company here the last few weeks and familiar faces are appreciated.I've stayed in a different room each time and they are all almost identical. Clean, tidy and with everything I need for a pleasant stay.Location is great for my work and both Leeds and York are easy to get to. Yorkshire is a beautiful place!

Good value for money, breakfast Good and all you can eat, rooms are basic but ideal for a night's stay,only gripe not enough tea, sugar and milk in the rooms

Poor Premier innStayed one night due to a local event. We got the last room which was an accessible twin on the ground floor. Terrible damp smell in the room and very dated. Ordered Peri peri chicken and couldn't eat it as it was so hot. Requested a piece of plain chicken which was awful. Am assuming it was pumped with water and frozen. Wouldn't rush back although staff very nice.

Rooms are dated now and need a refurb, staff in the restaurant part are really good, polite and pleasant....the dining area is very very small, seats about 30, i would dread to think what a breakfast time rush would look like..its all ok... like i said earlier rooms require refurbishment/upgrade...
