Im a doctor working in the nhs. I caught the flu and was made to pay the whole price of my treatment as I was a “no show”. I tried to explain that this wasn’t by choice but I was told I should’ve told them 48hours before. Not quite sure how I can anticipate getting sick. Very disappointed in their treatment, if I wasn’t a responsible health professional I’d be happy to spread my flu just so I don’t get penalised , however I don’t think it’s appropriate. Don’t think I’ll be going back.

I had no problem with my gel nails, I do have a problem with their communication skills !!! I left on email on a Thursday to see if I could get my nails done the following Wednesday, they only got back to me after I sent another email on the Monday saying I had heard nothing !! … this is the second time this has happened !!!I’ve also left phone messages. The girl was very unapologetic saying they have been very busy…. I understand your busy,but without contacts with your clients,maybe you won’t be so ‘busy’ !

Charlotte is an absolute sweetheart. I havent visited in a while and my usual lash lady isn't with you anymore so Charlotte took the time to read through all of the notes on my file and run through them with me to check everything was exactly what I wanted. My lashes look stunning and I couldn't be happier. ❤❤

I have been to the salon on multiple occasions, this is hands down the best salon in colchester!! The owner and team there are the most accommodating and lovely people. The salon is so beautiful inside and really creates a relaxing experience. The treatments are just the best, I have had my nails, lashes, brows, waxing and tanning done here and I have been satisfied with every single treatment. I cannot recommend enough, the staff there go above and beyond to ensure you leave happy. I cannot wait to come back again. Thank you Emily and Team! X

Siophan is always amazing at what she does. Today I was more sensitive to pain due to flaring up. Siophian was very considerate and understanding where she took her time in terms of waxing ensuing I was okay throughout the whole treatment!
