Lauren and Charli went above and beyond to help me buy the property of my dreams. They were very knowledgeable, extremely professional and a real joy to deal with. The progression platform meant that I was able to see where in the process all parties were at any given moment. I have dealt with many estate agents in the past and would struggle to find a good word about any of them. Ashdown Jones have restored my faith and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

The service we received from every member of staff we dealt with at Ashdown Jones was exceptional - professional, friendly and supportive. Particular shout-outs to Hannah, Tom, Edward and the wonderful Charli in progression for liaising with all other parties on our behalf. A stressful time was made so much better by some lovely people who seemed genuinely interested in a good outcome. Selling your home is a stressful activity,Ashdown Jones have taken control, kept me informed at every stage, providing a cheerful and friendly support throughout the process, giving advice and strategies to enable a quick sale. They have helped me to negotiate through the maze that surrounds a house sale. The brochure they produce presents your home at its best, the care and professionalism is excellent. What more can I say except that it was one of my better decisions to employ them to sell my home.
