Signing up for the Fitness Jump Starter was a decision I'm so glad I made. From supplementation and nutrition, to workouts / rest / lifestyle and everything in between, Tej is thorough in his approach and leaves no stone unturned. You can tell that he takes pride in what he does and I would highly recommend his services to anyone that is interested in a tailor made program and / or understanding themselves on a more in depth level. I worked with Tej of TheMitoMovement for three months after a long absence from exercise and when I generally felt a lack of fitness and apathy towards exercise through lockdown. Tej got me back into full fitness in no time and made it a fun experience. I actually looked forward to our 6.45am sessions on a Monday morning! It was great to have him there supporting me and taking me through exercises which progressed over the three months we worked together. I soon got back into it and found levels of fitness I hadn't experienced for years. His technique helped me build muscle, tone as well as aerobic fitness in relatively short focussed sessions. Tej is dedicated, always on time, knows his stuff, was always mindful of where I was at and when to push me or hold back and a great guy all round. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting to work on their fitness.

Tej was super professional and had so much knowledge. I definitely recommend, I seen amazing results in such a short space of time and he was able to help me make the changes I needed to. Tej stays in touch along the way and constantly checks in which helps you to stay on track and reach yours goals. I’ve been working with Tej for almost a year now and what can I say other than he’s a great PT and soul.Originally, I was quite hesitant about getting a PT because I’ve A) previously not had great experiences with other PT taster sessions and B) there are so many bad PTs out there and it’s hard to tell who actually has their heart in it and genuinely want to help the individual in their health and fitness journey. But Tej was different…The very first thing he made sure of when I enquired about his services was if I was ready for a PT, whether or not I had the time commitment available for what I wanted and whether it was the right time for me mentally and physically. The second thing was before we even took off with the physical training, he went through my eating habits and helped me establish a smarter/healthier relationship with food. Not many PTs have the knowledge to do so or would do so.I’ve always been aware of healthier food choices and what to do in terms of getting fit but this time around I really needed an extra push and guidance to get out of my comfort zone. Working with Tej has given me that, it has been a blast!Overall, I look forward to my 6am sessions at the gym with Tej. Healthy competition and banter combined with sweat and tears. The all of that has been worth it for the results I’ve seen so far. It hasn’t been as quick as I’ve wanted it to be but it has been worth it for the long term habits I’ve formed. The fact that my relationship with exercise, food and sleep has been slowing improving and the fact that I, once again, have started to love exercise, Tej has been a great steppingstone.100% would recommend!PS You'll be invited to hikes 3-4 times a year.

Tej has been a life changer. After over a year of not working out during the pandemic and eating badly, supporting people with their mental health for work, I had let my own physical and mental health slide. Tej made our workouts enjoyable, got me on the right supplements and worked at a pace I felt comfortable with when it came to what I was eating. I can’t thank Tej enough for helping me move and feel healthy after such a long time of feeling fatigued. Highly recommend Tej- put your health first and see immediate changes!

Tailoring and continuously tweaking a 3 month program specific to my nutritional and hormonal needs, Tej’s knowledge and professionalism was nothing short of outstanding. Although my course was nutrition only based, Tej was always happy to provide fitness/exercise advice that aligned with my goals. My primary aim was to lay foundations for a sustainably healthier lifestyle and Tej most certainly facilitated this and more.

I came to a period in life where I felt so uncomfortable within myself.I was declining social events and never felt like dressing up due to no longer fitting into my own clothes.Recommendations from friends was what led me to Tej. Seeing the difference it had made to some of my closest friends (both physically and mentally) gave me the confidence from the beginning that I needed to make a change and start a nutrition plan with Tej.From the very first consultation, it was obvious that Tej paid attention to each of his clients and tailors the plan to the individual.
