Went as a group of 19 people (adults and children) used the big 8 bed cabin and the little huts, the kids had an absolute ball! The adults had a great time too. Scot is a cool guy and Blake was so nice too. Would defo go back.

AVOID AVOID AVOID.Extremely rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful owner, so rude, in fact, half of our group left in disgust. 10 of us booked the archery, including 2 kids, 7 and 10, and 2 pensioners.We were told we could book a group of 10, however when we arrived found they had only 4 targets. that wasn't the main issue, though the owner is rude, offensive, and had the cheek to cancel our booking because he was called out on it. He tried to pass it off as ,i wasnt being rude. I was trying to be funny.My partner and i stayed with the kids as we genuinely wanted to enjoy some archery together. However, even as we waited my 10 y.o. said to me, Dad, i dont like this man, why dont we get our money back and just go bowling.which we did.AVOID AVOID AVOIDOther than that, this place has a tiny car park, is a bit of a dump, and has no proper signage within the grounds.

After looking forward to this for more than 2 months, we were left waiting outside in the torrential rain for over 30 minutes. There were no signs in place to advise visitors where to wait, so a few from the group sheltered near the toilet area and the rest waited at their cars, trying to stay dry. Instead of welcoming the group and apologizing for being late, the man approached us aggressively and started shouting. Some of the group left to avoid further confrontation. The man was disrespectful, rude, and ignorant. The rest of the group stayed behind with the birthday girl, as she had been looking forward to it. After waiting for another 10 minutes, the man refused to serve the rest of the group. I see from his previous responses that he said he reported this to the police! I think this is highly unlikely, knowing that he was the aggressor. To say that they don't tolerate physical or verbal abuse to their staff is a joke! The man didn't even introduce himself. He approached us aggressively! We then left and the birthday girl started crying because of his intimidating behavior and attitude. We left and went bowling instead, where we got a free drink and staff that were actually trained in customer serviceEdit in response. At no point did I swear at anyone! A few members of the group left after they were approached aggressively! Customers should not have to deal with that. Train your staff! We have not received a refund. The place is a joke.

Great wild campsite with plenty of on site activities. Stunning views with endless short or long walks through the woods or along the canal. Ideal for mountain biking as well with some hidden gems. So much to do locally you will want to return for sure. Pubs, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Scot the manager was very helpful to. Me, the wife and kids are looking forward to returning soon

Archery was great. Would have preferred a better more powerful bow though.lol but superb for anyone not done Archery and wants to.

Thoroughly enjoyed first archery experience with Blake . Good instruction , lots of patience and good banter. Thanks for a great session , we both had a fab time .

Had a great session doing archery made us feel at ease went through all safety aspects done competitions with the family loved it

We had a group of 4 and Scott was amazing with direction & instruction on how to do archery. He was friendly, kind, made the session so fun for all age groups and we will definitely return for another visit. I cannot recommend this place enough! Everyone should try it out.
