Great shop, always able to find what I need at a reasonable price. Good range of paint products and pretty much everything you would need for home improvements and accessorising your home. Would recommend.

Absolutely appalling customer service today. Went in to buy products in excess of £100 , obviously means nothing as they refused to sell me two lengths of coving , although they were on the shelf and the last two. Was informed they would rather skip them than sell to me. Never going to B&q again. Absolutely appalling!!!!!

Went to price up Decking and other items for the rear garden..Good choice of products and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable... Moreover they also told me about their delivery service for the large and bulky items as I do not have a car at the moment and was a little concerned about getting them all in my friends new car.Only down side for me is if I need to get there on public transport due to the distance between the store and Bilston Bus Station.Overall though a good and productive day!

Went to collect an online order. Decided the item was too small and someone was called to take the return and reimburse me. It was lady with an Indian accent. She told me that I could carry on with my shopping she would do the reimbursement which would be confirmed by an email. This email wasn't received and instead I received an email that I had collected the item which I hadn't.

Was here yesterday in search of some pudsey bears. A bald ginger man who supports wolves came and asked me for some roses . Will not be coming here again

Need put more staff on and stop closing the self check out. 2 staff was on which was 80+ so they was so slow bless them but the que was ridiculously long!!!
