Hi, we had the pleasure of Inez today doing an eyebrow wax and tint for my daughter at Benefit counter in John Lewis, Reading. She was fantastic. Very professional throughout, asking for feedback on what my daughter wanted, explaining the process and very knowledge about all the products. The end result was great. Mum and daughter were both looked after brilliantly by Emma:My messy eyebrows were waxed by Emma. She shaped them beautifully and checked I was happy throughout the process. Such a lovely lady - especially for how caring and relaxed she was when helping my daughter (see below). We will definitely be back! GillI was having an eyebrow emergency and Emma saved the day! She not only perfectly matched the colour for me, she also taught me how to use the product and was so helpful and kind throughout the whole process - Madeleine

Emma is a skilled and lovely beauty therapist. Easy to chat to, listened to my concerns and explained everything well, no hard sales tactics. Gave bespoke advice about colours and best treatments and make up for me. Waxing was gentle. I think this is a new service so I wish Emma and Benefit every success.

Lucy is my go to girl for my waxing. I mentioned having a patch of hair in my brow that's doesn't grow and she suggested tinting them and it's made such a difference. My eyebrows are looking great thanks to her. She's great at showing me how to apply makeup and completely trust her to help me find the right shade of blush, and foundation. I wouldn't go anywhere else now and would recommend her to everyone.
