Breeze Brow&Lash

Since I cannot “review” my recent appointment at the business named: Breeze Brow & Lashes, I want to complain about the inappropriate behavior that this business is showing which I cannot accept. I want to submit my review but they won’t let that happen.They messed me around for days and did not have my appointment respected. I booked my recent appointment around 2 weeks in advance. But they kept moving the person that I chose to do my services with & also they kept moving my appointment around. I was annoyed so I canceled it and tried to book it again. It was fine until all of a sudden (literally the very day of my appointment), again! They changed the person I chose & also the time…. 11 October 2023 was my appointment and honestly it is so so unacceptable because If I tried cancelling it, they would have charged me the cancellation fee (it was their fault for moving me around like a toy with such a short notice)… my appointment was 11th of October at 10:15am initially, then they changed it to 11:00am, and the very day at 9am they changed it to 11:45am. I lost money, I missed an important meeting with my client who pays me for my time, and put my own professional reputation down because these people don’t respect their clients time.Then, during my appointment, they made me wait 20mins, they did a HORRIBLE job, they tried to fix it, it wasn’t great at all, they still charged me the same amount of money as if they had done an amazing service, and when I get home I see that these people marked my appointment as “canceled”… obviously they know that I wouldn’t leave a good review so they simply canceled my appointment even though they saw me today and now I cannot submit my review.I really am disappointed that the businesses get away from customers reviews like mine. This kind of bad usage of the Fresha app just makes me see how fake the system is and I cannot trust future business.They are taking advantage just so they can get only good reviews which is not fair nor honest.These services are already too expensive to be treated in such a dishonest manner.I expect a full refund (service was horrible from the beginning, there was no respect to my time/preference, my eyelashes are all damaged, still full of pegament making my eyelids not being able to move properly, all stained of tint, they are so irritated because of how many times they passed their cotton pads in my eyes area, etc).Also, I expect from you to manage my appointment as “taken” so I can make my honest review in the business homepage at Fresha.Attached pictures as evidence of the horrible unworthy service done, you will see the excessive pegament, the super damaged eyelashes and all the tint & irritation.Fresha has been trying to contact them for the past 2 weeks and this business keeps avoiding/ignoring them. I will be waiting for a resolution and won’t stop until this gets solved.

The best lash & brow place in Glasgow! Absolutely love my lash extensions every single time and the owner is such a lovely person makes you feel relaxed and always professional. The salon is beautiful too. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Breeze for my eyebrow threading and lash extension since 2019 and will not go anywhere else and have not gone anywhere else since. The women who runs this business and the ladies who work there are so amazing at their job and perfectionists. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Stood me up the evening before my holiday, and have repeatedly rescheduled appointments in the past. ——————————————I received a text less than 8hrs before my appointment asking to reschedule. I called and left a voicemail (8 minutes later) to say that I could reschedule.Then checked my emails and saw that my appointment had already been rescheduled without my consent.I was irritated but I accepted that these things happen. I showed up for my rescheduled appointment only to find that the shutters were down and my calls were not being answered.The salon is trying to blame me by saying that I did not reply to the text, when I called and left a voicemail. Additionally, it is unprofessional to just cancel and reschedule clients for whenever you like. I am angry that I have had to scramble around like this. I got my brows done by another local salon, after dashing around, but wasn’t able to get them tinted as I had planned.This is the second time that the shop has rescheduled me (the last time was with less than 12hrs notice the night before, which I couldn’t cancel because of cancellation fees). I’ve been to the salon before and I was always happy with my results, but they are unreliable and I would not recommend.(In response to the reply by the owner: I left a voicemail instead of texting, as I said. This is the second time I was rescheduled at the last minute. It was not just a one off occasion. Clearly my review hasn’t been read)
