My consultation and massage was with a very professional and knowledgeable sports therapist called Ina.Ina took the time to evaluate my problem areas and give me advice on how to help myself correct these problems with correct posture and movement.Her massage was the most professional I have ever had, it specifically concentrated on the areas most in need of therapy.I left feeling like I had spent my money well and not only felt better, but was equipped with knowledge to help heal myself.Thank you Ina. I had sports massage with Erisa today and right from the start she was very approachable and bubbly. She made my experience very comforting and kept in conversation with me when I was feeling a tad discomfort. Told me to control my breathing and take deep breaths in and out and wow it did the trick. Definitely recommend this fine place and I cannot wait to book my next massage. Thank you

First time at Maalish today.I was warmly welcomed by Patrycja at the reception where I filled the standard client registration/medical form.After that, I was introduced to Ina who ran a quick physical assessment with me.The session was a combination of Swedish and Sport massage, as agreed upfront, during which both Ina and Patrycja showed excellent knowledge of anatomy and great ability at locating sources of muscular pain.They were really friendly and professional, always asking me feedback about the desired level of pressure and making me aware before stronger manipulations.Another positive note is that the clinic has a shower, something not every massage salon offers.I left Maalish with much less tension on the areas of my back and neck that bothers me.

I have been experiencing severe and worsening pain on the right shoulder and left hand side of my lower back over a several months and I was desperate for some form of relief. Ina diagnosed the issue and began treatment which resulted in an immediate relief to the pain that had left me doubled over for a long time. Ina was professional, very knowledgeable, compassionate & offered helpful advice alongside the treatment. Overall, a God send and I would highly recommend!

First time at Maalish and me and my mother are so pleased to confidently say we have finally found a great massage clinic. Christie was exceptional 10/10 she was thorough throughout the massage and full body was definitely full body head included. Absolutely loved the deep tissue massage, if you are in need of one we highly recommend Christie.

I have had the pleasure of routinely seeing Ina to help reduce back pain and shoulder mobility issues. Ina is knowledgeable, passionate and well-skilled. She has helped reduce all pain felt from session 1 and continues to help with prevention of any issues arising once more. I couldn't recommend Ina more highly to anyone.

Firstly, what a fabulous place to relax. INA the sports therapist have wonderful hands and experience and it was like a medical examination of my discomfort and relaxing exactly to the point of relief!! Will be visiting again as usual. I have done massages so many times before but I can safely say Ina was absolutely awesome and this was one of the best massages I ever had. Not only she is knowledgeable and knows your pain points, she connected with me and understood the trouble areas. He pressure was firm and strong. I loved the experience and definitely going to visit her on a regular basis.
