The matter will be investigated, please accept our apologies, we would like to replace your phone holder.Original review: Only one star because they were pretty quick, however, my car still had some type of oily smudges on the side at the end of the wash. Mats were still wet and they broke my phone holder. They could have asked me to take it out when they saw it was still inside or they could have avoided that area altogether. All in all, would avoid.

Normally a good service but now going to cost me hundreds to get my paint work repaired. Went in for a wash and polish but found myself going around the car to buff out the bits they missed and finding damage to the paint work assuming caused by the jets they use.Unfortunately the place is scattered in were not liable to damage to paintwork posters

Good wash and interior clean, very efficient and friendly

I go here now and again as they are reliable and a basic clean for the outside of our car is £11. You can pay silly money if you want the full treatment. Basic car wash is good enough for me. Can get very busy at weekends.

First time I've had my car cleaned here but it won't be the last. Thoroughly cleaned inside and out, polite staff, good value. It's not looked this good since I bought it!

I had a mini valet. They did an amazing job, i am very happy. Thankyou. And it smells so lovely. I will only use this one now.

My car was filthy and looked like an old banger.There is a Cafe located right next door so I decided to get the car washed while I had a quick bite to eat.Overall they did a reasonable job of cleaning the car but unfortunately their attention to detail leaves a lot to be desired.I only realised that they had missed areas when I arrived home and it was too far away to take it back.At first glance it looked pretty good, maybe I should have given it a closer inspection before leaving.The price was acceptable and they have a menu system that you can choose from.I would use them again but I would inspect the car before leaving.

Pros:1. They do a better job than nearby competition.2. They are friendly.3. They are inside so you don't get hot/cold/wet while waiting.Cons:1. Slower than average. But you do get better service.2. They are a slightly more expensive.3. They did miss bits. But, I'm being picky and I did get my monies worth.4. You wait longer in queue. I had 3 cars in front and waited 15 minutes.5. The location and building isn't great. Steep entrance ramp and dusty track road.

Took my car in on Sunday for a quick exterior wash.Not much of a wait, just one car in front of me. Wash looked Pretty thorough but one I drove out into daylight I had a look round to see they had missed half the front bumper. It was still filthy so I went back and they gave it a wipe over for me.Dropped a star for that, that's all. Updated price list on photo.
