Jamie sharpened several knives for us including some 15 year old globals and a Japenese nakiri. They hadn't been professionally sharpened before so needed a lot of TLC. They came back to us good as new! Jamie made the whole experience really easy, we are so happy with the work he did.

Jamie re-handled a much loved knife for me. The whole process was easy, communication excellent, and craftsmanship outstanding. I think the beautiful walnut handle he’s put on is better than the original. I’m delighted and so pleased to be using it again. Thank you! Will definitely use again.

Jamie has done a brilliant job of sharpening my Japanese and Western Knives, he uses traditional whetstone method, which creates a much cleaner edge, and finished than horrible machine sharpening! This also prevent wearing the blade down less!His done an excellent job and will be using the services regularly!

I just used Sharp Knives only and was extremely pleased with the job and the excellent customer service. I only needed x1 knife done and they gave me an excellent quote and even on such a small job the knife was returned sharp and boxed professionally. They also offer discounts for multiple knives. I can thoroughly recommend!

Much needed service in Cambridge and the surrounding area! Jamie was very friendly and easy to work with. 5 knives and kitchen scissors returned with nice new edges on them. Can recommend and will use again.
