I wanted something unique, not the norm, and without being pushy you were spot on when it came to sourcing my rock, a rare teal saphire. You kept me involved in the design process every step of the way, by sending pics on whatsapp late at night and listening to feedback, recommending your ideas, everything that your vast experiences bring on this subject and most of all, what I wanted. Excellent service and beautiful jewellery! I purchased a birthday present online and was concerned I wasn't able to see the item other than website picture. I contacted the team and the friendly staff were very helpful and sent me images and close ups. Nothing was too much trouble! I made my purchase and the item arrived within 48 hours and the communication and tracking was excellent. Unfortunately due my incorrect choice I decided I needed to exchange the item. Once again the staff and service was excellent making the return and exchange very simple and easy. I really couldn't recommend PureJewels more highly and will definitely be back in the future.
