Came in with my partner to look at clothes and bikes for her, was met by Aaron in clothing dept who was extremely helpful and gave us the time of day. Helped my partner with helmet sizes and measurements etc and gave brilliant advice on gear. Had a nice conversation and definitely made the experience 10x better! Will definitely be back.

Got my first bike here after my CBT (also with them) and can’t thank everyone there enough, everyone was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, kind and approachable. Massive massive thank you to all those who helped me and I interacted with from Cam who sold me the bike and who i spoke to the most, Aaron and Tristan in clothing who were extremely helpful with picking out gear, Lloyd who helped me with locks and security devices and Will who I initially spoke to over the phone who gave me some terrific advice about which bike to get. Will be returning in the near future, stand up bunch of people and great service. Huge thank you to everyone at P&H

Visited this place many times, all members of staff in services, clothing and sales have been great. This time we bought an immaculate almost new bike, Sam in sales we dealt with and he was extremely friendly and his knowledge of motorbikes was insane! Thank you for making it easy and being very accommodating with aftersales even though I was a little difficult to deal with (also with thanks to Phil service manager). See you again for its first service….
