Whitgift Hire Croydon

Have rented multiple sizes of vans from Whitgift hire over the past few months to help with moving house and they have been superb. We had to extend the duration of our hire of one of their luton vans the day before it was due and they accommodated us very well. The vans are extremely easy to drive and are very well maintained. They have great rates and the staff are extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Having got quotes from three suppliers, Whitgift's prices were way beyond competitive and the Transporter van was clean, modern and drove beautifully and with comfort. What made a huge difference to us was that we could pick it up at 8am Saturday morning and deliver at 8am the next morning. We only needed it for one day but other hire companies did not allow Sunday drop off therefore making the hire period two days and much more expensive and unnecessary for us. Shirley was so efficient - service with a smile and definitely went way beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was easy and speedy. Thank you, we will definitely hire again.

I received great service from a friendly team. They are reasonably priced and the condition of the van is very decent. Will definitely recommend it to any hirers. By the way, contrary to another review, I wasn't racially profiled in this instance.

Happy with the service provided by this company. Vehicle was in a good condition and any damage was highlighted before leaving. Vehicle was equipped with Bluetooth and cruise control easy to use.

The only place I hire vans from. Staff are always friendly and on my last hire I left keys and a mobile phone in the van; the staff went the extra mile as thankfully they picked up the phone after working hours and also arranged a way to get my keys back that night (phone's another story which they also resolved). Never had any issues with the vans, clean and well maintained; even though there are sometimes external marks on the vans from hire drivers these are clearly marked on the paperwork.
