Very good nice clean building offering various commercial parts,this is my first visit.

Adams moreys rubbish service

absolutely appalling service from parts department AGAIN !!one polite and useful member of staff gives a delivery eta, A day later part still not arrived, despite offering to collect from them the day before. telephone for an eta (post the original eta) and get met with extremely bad attitude, basically told its tough luck, insist on delivery being sent out immediately, told it will be with us in 45mins, 2 hours later telephone to be told we have given the wrong postcode (to our own house that they have delivered to countless times before) Told that the delivery refused by neighbour, telephone neighbour who hasn't seen any delivery drivers all dayask to speak to the guy we ordered from to be told he is on lunch (at 3pm) telephone AGAIN and have to impress upon them that they need to deliver today, driver finally arrives at 4.45pmjob wont get done until monday now, very angry customer that cant have his vehicle back today.very disappointed, this is the second time in a month from the same depot. I would have been happy to collect yesterday !! still missing another part that also should have been delivered this morning. 0 Star Rating, complaint to HO en route.
