August 2022 An overall excellent service from start to finish... I chose Owens carpets based on the reviews posted and the fact that they are a local family business. Bill made it very easy to choose the right carpet for my rooms, on fitting day his two sons arrived exactly on time, helped me with moving some of the furniture, were finished in just a few hours and left everything neat and tidy for my return. I am absolutely delighted with the carpets and would recommend Owens Carpets to anyone. Jane

This is a fantastic family business that I’d encourage others locally to support. Really easy to work with and a great selection of carpets (from budget to higher quality wool) at reasonable prices. Quote was clear/ came quickly, they arranged delivery/ fitting around my schedule vs insisting all rooms at once and helped move some of the furniture I couldn’t alone. I really liked the fact they asked for a reasonable 50% deposit vs insisting on everything upfront like some other companies do.

Bill & his sons have just supplied and fitted carpet throughout our house and we are very happy with the service we've had. Bill was very open and honest when he came to measure up and has a non-pushy sales style which is great. His sons were very efficient and polite and have done a tremendous job. Really happy and would recommend them to anyone who asks!

Very pleased with the flooring and carpets which Bill and his sons fitted throughout our new house early January. Bill took the time to explain all the various flooring options to me and Ryan prepared the floors, before the new flooring/carpets were fitted. I felt very confident that they would do a good job. They did a fantastic job and our house looks amazing. The attention to detail and pride in their work is evident and I would not hesitate in recommending them, or using them again in the future.

Brilliant job done by Bill and his sons who fitted the carpets. polite, clean and they even went above and beyond the job remit to help sort out issues .
