I've been using this gym for 16 years its by far the best gym in the area. Friendly helpful staff and it's got everything you would want from a gym .

Just had my first session in the gym today. Chris was super helpful, knowledgeable and really made feel at ease. I was very nervous about joining a gym, having never been to one before and being relatively new to working out, but there was no need to be. Everything was explained well - not just how to use the machines and equipment but why they are used etc. Chris has also kindly offered to look at my diet (which probably needs a lot of work!) It's really obvious that it's a gym that wants to see you do well and fulfil your goals. It has a friendly, independent feel and I'm looking forward to continuing training there. Highly recommended, whoever you are and wherever you are on your fitness journey.

Fantastic old school proper bodybuilding gym. Very good and unique equipment, motivating decor and Chris is very welcoming and ensured I knew my way around the gym.Will definitely be returning!ThanksAdam

Amazing atmosphere, lovely people and awesome equipment!! Totally recommended to everyone, no matter what level of fitness they are!Very surprised how much equipment there is and how great all machines are ! We trained legs , the angles felt great ! Ho pressure on the knees . We will be coming back each Sunday even though we have to make it a road trip ! So worth it !

I missed my way there first and when I finally got to the car-park area, I was unsure if I was at the right place. A lady drove in got out of her car and asked me in and then told me she worked at the gym. She was quite pleasant and polite, when we got in she showed me around the place and explained how the membership works. Overall, it was quite nice inside as there is a lot of gym equipments to use for training. I'm happy and interested to continue as a member.

My second home and where I have learned everything to do with bodybuilding and nutrition under owner Chris's guidance during the past 4.5 years earning me my IFBB Pro Card. Recently trained at the Muscle Factory Gym in Swinton, Mexborough and found the establishment to be overflowing with various equipment to meet everyone's physical health needs... The Gym is split into sections for each body part, which is unique in itself, so there is a Shoulders and Traps section, Chest section, Back (Lats) section, Arms section, Heavy Duty Legs Section and several rows of cardio equipment... Plus a room with Boxing Bags already hung, in case this is your thing... Ultimately the Gym caters for everyone's physical needs and the staff are very friendly and helpful, with the owner being a highly knowledgeable individual when it comes to discussing physical fitness... The Gym also stocks a huge range of complimentary supplement products that are all sold at competitive prices and the range is there to meet all needs...

If your looking for a gym with a great selection of equipment and a welcoming owner, then this is the gym for you. Old school with a great atmosphere. Love this place.

Very good gym clean and tidy and manager makes you feel at home this was the first time iv been there if it was 24 hr it would be perfect for me but I will be going bk in the future

Very good gym, an abundance of machines and equipment, friendly environment where everyone was polite and helpful, brilliant lay out, good location and parking, would highly recommend
