Josh at Plumbmate was so helpful with ideas and putting together a design for my new bathroom and ensuite so I could visualise what it would look like. Then great with showing me the product options in the showroom. He also made the sourcing process easy. He recommended Simon Burman to do the installation and he was fantastic, best tradesman I have had to do work in my house. I highly recommend Josh and Simon.

Plumbmate have been my main supplier for several years. They are generally pretty helpful & competitive on prices. They stock most plumbing consumables, so it's a thumbs up from me..! ;-)

Very disappointed. Initially very good service from helpful gentlemen but when returning a faulty 22mm isolating valve that would not close properly a manager/supervisor appeared to dispute it was faulty. When I explained to him that it will did not close completely he added some water to it claimed it was not leaking and asked if it was under pressure. This was quite ridiculous as I would imagine most primary school children could work out that all plumbing systems are under pressure.He then insisted that I hand over the olives and compression nuts on the replacement. I do hope he has not put it back into stock as it caused a serious leak, fortunately in an area where ceilings are being removed.
