I advise to check your order before leaving the shop, I just ordered a corned beef bake and a caramel custard doughnut, got back to work and I've actually got some sort of beef curry pastie and an egg custard! Too late to return to the shop as lunch break nearly over! Get a grip Greggs in Belper getting the order right is pretty basic!!!I gave one star because the ap wouldn't allow me to post my review without choosing a star rating! 0 stars for my experience!

Went in for a quick lunch and asked about allergens in their cakes. I was told they were unable to tell me in case it was wrong. I spent about 10 minutes on the phone to customer services who tried to help by which time my hot food was cold. Friendly staff who tried to help but what a ridiculous policy!!!

Had a large sausage cob and a large chocolate drink only £3:40 and that set me up from 10:00am at work keeping me fuelled and ready . The girl behind the Gregg's counter replied after being asked for a large sausage by me that she knew I would have a large sausage and she could eat a large sausage herself. I will tell you if and when about this and award stars on eating skills but that's another write up.

A typical Greggs with all the usual pastry goodness and sandwiches. Drinks are available there and they do ask every single time you go to pay. Anyone would think that the staff had been told to push the drinks.The staff are nice and polite and they haven't given me a wrong order.The only downside with Greggs in Belper is some of the pastry goodness can be cold as they've been sat there a while. I think they need to do smaller batches or find a better way of keeping them warm.Would go again but I want a warm sausage roll next time.

They have no food cooked ready they have a couple things all day long no matter what time I go in I find it ridiculous if you are coming to buy stuff for multiple people then you need to stand there and wait for it to be cooked because they have nothing prepared. I have been in multiple times over the past month just so I could get a good enough evaluation for a review, I have watched then cook extra food and literally cook two things at once considering I'm going in wanting to spend my money on multiple things every time and I walk into an empty store is extremely off putting I am going to stick with birds.
