Used this company through my John Lewis extended warranty contract. Could not fault them. The young engineer who attended was first class. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone

Great service all round. I got a phone call the morning of the pre-scheduled repair date as promised to check i was available. Problem was detected and the part was ordered same day by the engineer. Call next day to notify me that the part was delivered. I asked if I could delay the fix until Thursday and got a call Thursday morning and job done in 30 minutes.Thank you for fixing my Freezer!Liam

First class. Came out to our Samsung fridge/freezer , repaired with a new part on the spot, no messing about like the first company that came out which left it in pieces and we had to keep chasing up for a quote.It is quite old but was told there was a recall on this appliance a few years ago and Samsung are still honouring it. Excellent service.
