This is the third funeral Ross has arranged for us and each time we are treated with Respect, Compassion and Dignity. This young man is such an inspiration and Preddy’s must be so proud to have him working with them.Thank you Ross you have made each journey for us so easy with no stress.

I had to use the services of Preddy's twice in 3 months and can not recommend them highly enough. On both occasions they were kind, thoughtful and professional. They led us through the process each step of the way, explaining everything clearly while allowing us to make the decisions of what we wanted for each funeral. Everything ran perfectly, they took away the stress and worry of making all the arrangements during a very difficult time.

Thanks to the team at Roy Preddy for making a difficult occasion run as smoothly as possible. From the initial call until the day itself, we were dealt with professionally and with a great deal of sensitivity. We were kept up to date with every detail each step of the way. I would have no hesitation in using their services or recommending them to anyone else. Thank you all.

I recently used Roy Preddy's to arrange my late grandmothers funeral and they were nothing short of perfect - although I didn't expect anything less. I recall they did my grandfathers funeral on my mother's side of the family when I was 16 and sadly my grandmother on my father's side died this year shortly before my 31st birthday and I knew they were the people for the job.Will P. and his team were so professional and kind, even when we had some tricky complications internally due to it being a burial, not a cremation Will was able to push on and get all arrangements correct and as we requested.On the day the team were all so professional and smart, nothing ever felt rushed or a foot out of step. On behalf of all the family I genuinely can't thank them enough.

We were very happy with everything that Ross and the team offered. A lot of understanding and compassion after the loss of a beloved father and husband, with useful guidance on other aspects relating to his passing. We would definitely recommend Roy Preddy for anybody unfortunately requiring the services of a funeral director.

I would like to thank Ross, Marney and the rest of the team at Roy Preddy's for looking after Dad after his passing and for all the support they gave the family. The organisation of the funeral was faultless and every little detail was taken care of so that we had little to concern ourselves with, at a time when it is sometimes difficult to think straight. They also went the extra mile to ensure that we were able to visit Dad in the Chapel of Rest when it seemed for a time that it wouldn't be possible, and for that I will be eternally grateful.

Cannot speak highly enough of everyone at Roy Preddy in Mangotsfield. In particular we were helped by Caroline and Marney at the office. They were so professional , thoughtful and friendly and helped us every step of the way. They answered every question we had with empathy and understanding and advised us with kindness. We are so grateful. We also saw Ross at the office who went through every aspect of the funeral beforehand and was with us on the day itself. We felt completely looked after by him. He took away every worry we had , ran the funeral with total confidence and professionalism and is a credit to the company . I would not hesitate to recommend them and thank them for helping us and making a difficult time a little easier

Lovely funeral for my mum. From start to finish Ross was caring and very understanding. He made a sad occasion so much easier to cope with.He also did an amazing job of organising the funeral and it went really smoothly. He also arranged for a lovely Lady Brenda to host the service and she was true sweetheart.Thank you Ross for everything you have done.

I felt compelled to write this review as the service provided by Ross and his team was exemplary from beginning to end. My dad died just before Christmas and Ross made the whole, painful process very simple and straightforward. He, and his team, were very respectful at all times, communication was timely and professional and he was very helpful when we had a problem uploading the montage. On the day of the funeral, everything ran perfectly to plan. Myself and my family can't thank Ross enough for helping us through this awful time.
