I went as an emergency patient. The young chap on reception was very welcoming and polite. The lady dentist put me at ease straight away and was really lovely. I just wish you had space for me to join your practise.

Rude receptionist, telling me i can't have a clean and scrape because I haven't been for over a year. I explain that everytime I ring I get told they can't fit me in. Well I can only get you in for a check up.... oh im sorry I forgot you tell me what I pay for now!!!! Close me off your books i will not be attending to be spoken to like that...unbelievable

My son paid £20 to get there and back in a taxi and they couldn't be bothered to phone and cancel. He got there to be told that they couldn't see him cause it was training day

Dental care at Ashmore Park. I visited couple of times to register myself, my kids, and my wife, but they got no space for us.Although, they promised to contact us when they got space.

I had to have a tooth removed, and you should not feel pain, but I felt a lot of pain, it was a horrid experience, I would not recommend this dentist if you expect not to feel pain. I cried out with the pain. The male dentist is fantastic but the female dentist does not seem to know how to use the anesthetic correctly. I found it horrific having a tooth removed, it was so painful. Something needs to be done as you should not experience that much pain.

Not been a big fan of dentists and needed a small procedure done, they couldn't of been nicer and checking on me throughout, absolutely lovely and caring staff
