Skip is nearly 3 weeks late on collection, completely blocking my garage and driveway. Told it would be collected multiple times which it never was! Now they only tell me “we are working on getting it collected” which does not help at all.Terrible customer service from the women in the phone, worst attitude I’ve seen in a long time.

I requested a skip it was there the next day without any fuss. When I rang to request it to be picked up this was done quickly without any issues also. Pleasant drivers on both occasions would definitely be my 1st call when I next need a skip.
