Kindly let me know if the chemist is still functioning. Because I have been there several times and it is always closed.i need to know before my Gp will send my repeat medication there.thankChukwuma Anyanwu

Phone is constantly engaged cannot get through all day

Sort out your online information. it says you're open, but when I get here you're closed. I had to go to the GP for the explanation that you close between 1 and 2pm. In this day and age that's not great. What's worse is there's no notice about lunch time closing when you get there. At times like this I miss Lloyds!

Very helpful stuff, I recognised they have different open hours but usually i dont have issues

I have never seen a pharmacy as bad as this one. zero professionalism. the people who answer the phone to order a prescription, don't do it afterwards, then they don't solve the situation even though I have proven that I called yes because I have records on my phone, super rude, my daughter needs medication and I call ahead to avoid her running out. and even then it's always a problem because something always happens. They told me that if I'm not satisfied I can call another pharmacy? one day they will close their doors because if everyone who receives this type of treatment decides to look for another pharmacy! Try to be minimally professional! That’s you guys job and what you guys are commit to and I'm not stopping here because I'm going to talk with someone in charge!that’s unacceptable

Absolutely incompetent staff and non-existent customer service! They won't deliver when they have your prescription (even after 5 or 6 days) until you call them and ask every time! Then they say their delivery driver works only 2 days a week! What kind of service is this?! Most local pharmacies are a hundred times better than this place.. I'd go somewhere else.

Ordered my repeat prescription Tuesday 31st October 9-30am. Waited for delivery of my medication. Nothing arrived so I contacted the chemist Monday morning to be told they had not received my perscrpirion till 4pm Thursday 2nd Nov and the delivery driver had gone home. Phoned again yesterday to be told they don't have a driver. They only have a driver on Thursdays. They asked could someone pick up my medication, and I explained there is no one else, as my wife works till 6-15pm daily. Could I not pick up my medication, no is the simple answer as I have knee ligament damage in my right knee. So they are unable to get my medication to me till at least Thursday 9th November. Avoid Cohens Chemist like the plague, the service they advertise is none existent.

Very unprofessional staff. They don't know what they doing confused, slow and lack of organisation. The reason I gave two star is that they have free delivery option unlike others. Otherwise disappointed with the service they offer. The owner should provide them with professional training.
