Benview Lodges
Just back from a weekend away at Lodges. Lovely place, lodge was spotless and had everything we needed. We stayed in Lodge 5 which was advertised without a hot tub, so it was a great surprise to arrive and a new hot tub had been installed. George and his staff were absolutely great and even dropped off a bag of ice for us. Highly recommended, will hopefully go back soon.

Just been on a holiday with my familiy its an absolutely beautiful place with a beautiful view all staff or so lovely and friendly cabins are beautiful and clean so much to do close by as well absolutely loved it amazing place will definitely be comming again!

Stayed here for 1 week at the beginning of August. Absolutely lovely lodges with everything you need! Could do with a bit of TLC in regards to making sure there is enough cutlery, layout of rooms etc but no real issues. Hot tub was great and easy to use, although it was a little dirty on the day we arrived - again nothing major. Very easy to park, plenty of space for multiple cars. Owner lives just down the lane and is easy to contact when needed. They also own the garden centre next to the lodges which is full of lots of great items, as well as a cafe which always seems to be busy! Would definitely stay here again.

Have just come home from a weekend away here and it was fantastic! George is great (and so is his wee dog Rocco!) Anything we needed was taken care of straight away and the lodges and hot tubs are great! The little cafe on sight is amazing too. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

Love it! Family of four, we had great time.George the host is brilliant, we had the hot tub ready at arrival and he helped with recommending the local garage to fix our car quickly.The house is huge and there is everything u need inside.The cafe shop on site serves really good, tasty food.Great place for a quiet gateway.

Lovely stay! it was bigger than we thought and had absolutely everything you need, only thing we could say was the hot tub, after the first night which it was absolutely roasting and perfect but one of the kids touched the buttons and after that it didn’t heat up again and we didn’t go in as much as we’d like or for as long cause it was was mostly cooler. But overall a great stay and George was on hand if we needed him for anything! it’s so close to home too, yet you feel like you’re away! we didn’t leave the lodge tbh it was a chill few days we needed, it was actually bliss! will recommend to everyone and be back ourselves definitely

Our experience at the lodge was a great one. We asked about the couple of things that we noticed were missing that we needed on arrival and they were provided very quickly. Everyone was very helpful. The only issue was that the beds weren't particularly comfortable and the lack of WiFi was surprising. The hot tub was brilliant and a great addition to the holiday. It might be good to note that the hot tub is buzzing a lot of the time including during the night, in case that would annoy you! Overall a great space and definitely worth visiting. The view is beautiful and the coffee shop and garden centre is great. Recommended!

100% would recommend these lodges to everyone. Beautiful location and excellent service from George who was happy to accommodate our needs. Great value for money. The lodges were clean and had everything we needed - including dish washer! The cafe on site is lovely and the gift shop had so many unique items. I can’t wait to go back!

Just back from our 2 day break away with friends, host was ever so helpful and was lovely when greeting us. Lodge was clean and tidy no complaints at all for the whole get away. Hot tub was amazing and was a great addition to the trip. Overall was a great experience you had everything you needed in the lodge to cook and clean which was ever so helpful. Would fully recommend it to family’s and groups of friends as we didn’t hear a single sound from any other lodge during there stay. 10/10 and will definitely be back!!
