My BMW was in absolute state before it went in. A week or so later and its back as good as new! Very impressed with the work that has been done including customer service. Would recommend libra coachworks for body work repairs all day long

Shocking service! After repairs following a non fault accident I found that my Satnav wasnt working first and then my car headlights. My The garage said it was nothing to do with them.With a little child, Iwas left to go to Mazda dealership as I didnt want to risk my life and the life of my baby especially because of poor workmanship. I have been told by Mazda that Libra messed the wiring up.Very disgusted at Libra Coachworks! Never ever going back there again. You shouldnt either! I dont usually write reviews but I have been through sooo much stress with regards to this accident and Libra Coachworks just added to it x10.

I took my Lexus here for side damage repair , just wanted to say what a great job they did. I had a courtesy car all went smooth. When I came back my car was washed and ready and looked great. I give them 10/10. Excellent service. Thanks very much.

Do not use these people.I emailed in advance to ask if they could look at my car, was told fine, bring it in. Did so. They were uninterested in me when I turned up and claimed to have no record of me. Told me they would revert with a quote and I could not leave my car in the meantime, but had to take it away again. No quote ever materialised. Despite several chasers, they failed even to reply to my emails requesting an update. A total waste of my time as well as rude.

I have a Bentley car that is my passion, my insurance after warning that it would take the car to Libra". I was a bit careful. I had an accident around the left side of the vehicle and after a good service from the contact with the garage "Libra" with super friendly people especially Luis always very attentive mine gave support to end with the vehicle ready within stipulated work was just perfect (as new) thank you "libra" always indicate my friends to bring their vehicles in the pound. Libra Coachworks repaired my Ford Focus. They did an amazing job and the repair was amazing. The car looked brand new. There service team were very helpful. 5* Service.

“Customer services” exceptionally rude and patronising. My car was not ready by the date stated . Car had small front damage and has taken over two weeks because their ‘busy’ admiral shouldn’t be sending their customers here there shockingly bad and rude.

We had our car repaired at Libra via an insurance claim. I was slightly worried having read some of the negative reviews, but our experience was generally good. The repair was turned around quickly, the courtesy car acceptable and any issues sorted with a quick phone call. The customer reps were helpful.

Avoid, rate it zero, took my car for 10 days then returned my vehicle unrepaired while I was away with engine fault and without my consent or knowledge. Left the keys inside my letter box, then pretended they got it like this!!! No paperwork, no explanation. Third party Insurance not paying because of sudden engine fault!?...What is this lalalalala.Did you ever give a running car to a garage and find a breaking down 10 days later park in your neighbourhood unable to be driven away, keys left in your letter box !!!It has happened to me.AVOID THIS PLACE!!! They coerced with insurer who's at fault to demolished your claim. Video your car while being taking away if you deal with them. Otherwise, avoid.

My car has been referred to this garage for a repair. After reading some bad reviews here and taking my car to the garage (which looks messy) I was quite anxious.I have to say my car was ready quite quickly. I was impressed. The job they done looked great for me however I took my car to Mercedes in order for them to check it out. Mercedes confirmed that Libra Coachworks done a great job. 5 stars!
