Milk & More

Having used a different doorstep service at my old address, I decided to give these guys a try after we moved home.At first the service was great, deliveries before 7am and orders fulfilled without complaint. Reasonable quality of products.However, a few weeks in they started delivering anywhere from 9am to mid-afternoon, which is fine if you work from home or have a chilled, shady porch, but not so much if your house is fully exposed to the elements and you don't get home until early evening. They said it was a short-term problem so I gave it a few more weeks, but it never went back to the original service so in the end I cancelled. Considering that their organic milk in a glass bottle costs more than double the price of organic milk in Aldi, I think we have the right to expect a certain service level.

Although we order the same items each week, we rarely get the same order delivered. It's not difficult - 6 sparkling water, 1 almond milk and 2 packs of avocados. Today they delivered a single bottle of sparkling water instead of the usual 6 x 2 litre pack.

Subscribed two weeks ago, I thought it would be lovely to not to run to shops just for milk every second day, but not once they delivered before 7am, the earliest was at 8and then 10 or 11, meaning milk had to sit in the porch till we got back from work. Also ordered weekly fruit and veg box, courgettes was substituted with avocados, oranges and peaches which was nice, but peaches were already runny at the bottom, avocados completely brown inside, carrots weirdly soft and bendy. Cancelled today with heavy heart because i loved the glass bottles.

Milk left on door step mid afternoon in 34 degree heat despite the company promising delivery before 7am. Milk was curdled and could not be consumed. Attempted to call company for the past two consecutive days at different times but never any answer. Web chat does not appear on website. Extremely poor service.

Have decided to cancel my first order as the computer system is shocking. Took a one off order ok then when I wanted to put a regular order on the system the fun ‘ began. Every time I tried when I went to the payment screen it crashed, ran the helpline number which took an age to connect then the operator couldn’t access the system either. Told to try again the next day which I did to find that this time it took a deposit but lost my order. It took even longer to connect this time to be met with the same operator and same problem. Asked to speak to manager who said that the issues were as a result of very high volume. Lost faith that the order will arrive so went to cancel and now access to system denied owing presumably to try and fix issues. Have now ordered from a different company and hopefully can cancel order from this one. Won’t be trying again.

So disappointed, continually our order is randomly not being delivered. There is no explanation, and the delivery driver hasn't changed! We keep having to apply for a refund and being told the issue will be resolved. We then have a series of deliveries for a few days and then it stops again. This is incredibly frustrating, disappointing and inconvenient. I would struggle to recommend Milk and More to someone else in the Lutterworth area!

Totally inadequate Customer Service. Called during business hours no response. No email address and no answer to the Web chat in business hours. Took money from my account but no milk delivered for the whole week. Despite paying more for milk than in the shops, I feel held to ransom because I don't want to use plastic.

For the fourth time in a row, we haven't been delivered! We phoned 3 times, explained into great details how to find our house (which is not complicated with a satnav!) but still nothing! We received our first one-off order ok but the repeated order has never reached us. They still take the money and it says delivery completed" on my account. I'm now giving up. I definitely wouldn't recommend this service as it is appalling. That's a shame!"

I don’t use this company and refuse to use it. I am constantly woken up by this company at 3am, 4am...one day he came at 11pm. The delivery driver makes as much racket as possible while delivering to neighbours. With that lack of consideration I am not surprised to find disgruntled customers leaving poor reviews.

I have had milk and more for over a year now, I am impressed with the service and happy to recommend.It's lovely having my milk delivered in glass bottles which tastes much better than milk in plastic bottles.If I need anything last minute, it's alwaysdelivered without a problem. My milkman delivers my milk as I'm getting out of bed (00.30 am). Totally happy with milk and more.
