Had a boiler issue and I was totally stumped, phoned the team up and they come round within the hour and rectified the problem which was great as I have a young family and the cold really doesn’t agree with my missus.

Had an emergency at home on a Sunday. No heating or hot water and water coming through my ceiling and Ricky at SSS came within the hour of my call and went above and beyond to help me staying while late to fix my hot water and heating and the leak. Couldn’t recommend more - friendly, polite and professional and all round great service at great prices

Came out to have a look at my mums fire after the council said it was done, couldnt get parts. Mum was going to have to buy a new fire at around £600. They came out and after 5 minuntes had fixed the problem, mum even had to force him to accept money for doing it. First class.

I needed a plumber ASAP as my heating went down all of a sudden and it was getting quite late around 9 pm. I looked on Google for a heating and plumbing service and found RBK. I couldnt believe it when someone answered the phone. I told him the problem and the guy said he would be at mine within the hour. This guy was here 45 min later and had my boiler up and running within the hour. Absolutely amazing response and excellent service I would recommend RBK 100% to anyone.
