Have just bought a sofa today and had the most valuable advice from Bal throughout the process. Also fantastic after care advice given. Also met Fraya who made us a coffee while waiting, was great to see colleagues working as a team. Must also mention Mo who originally gave us the information and advice which led us to come back to the store after several comparisons with sofas at other retailers. Brilliant service all round. Thank you.

Great service. We went it in and saw the one we wanted and had been looking at straight away. The staff gave us just the right amount of time to look at the sofa before coming over. Gareth came over and asked if we needed anything. He went through details and various options. We had Mum with us, who has Alzheimer's and said she was cold, as we sat by the door. By this time we were 99% sure we knew what we wanted. Straightaway Gareth suggested that we sat elsewhere and offered hot drinks. Might not sound much but little bits like this make a big difference. We were given all options to make the purchase, without any pushy selling.

Having visited 6 months ago to look at a sofa we potentially wanted, we came in today to purchase them as we were ready. Mohammed was incredibly helpful and informative throughout the whole purchase process. Highly recommend visiting the branch and trying them out before purchasing.

Do not waste your hard earned money with this company!! I’ve been left with a botched foot stool and no offer to resolve! Technicians have also commented on the awful quality and I’ve been advised “it is what it is” completely unprofessional and unhelpful!

My wife & I were served by Sanjiv who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in narrowing down our choices. He took his time to assess our needs and layout of space for our lounge to form different options that we could use. Highly recommend by us both!

I'm very impressed from the Sofology store service at Fosse park in Leicester. The interior designer (Panagia) helped us from the first minute to choose the best setup and colour for our lounge. She's amazing person, very friendly and she understood exactly what we need form the first moment . I highly recommend that specify Sofology store.

Popped in with family as they're having renovations.We arrived early afternoon and we were the only ones there, really friendly staff, great variety of Sofas at all different price ranges. Clean and quiet, and we really took our time around the store, we weren't harassed by any sales staff which was lovely.Their clearance section upstairs had a few really nice pieces - worth checking out.Toilets were really clean too.
