Amazing experience with Keoghs and Harley Sommers in particular as my Solicitor for buying my first home. He was professional, timely and communicated often. The sellers side was a little slow and at times frustrating and it was his continued tenacity that got the process moving quickly and took all the stress of the experience away from me. I would highly recommend Keoghs and especially Harley. I will definitely use his services again should I be buying or selling property in future. Buying our first home during the pandemic could not have been easier thanks to the tireless efforts of Harley Sommer at Keoghs.As first-time buyers we had heard that the buying process is lengthy and stressful, but Harley had boxed everything off within 5 months! He kept pursuing the sellers’ solicitors to get the sale completed as soon as possible. I used Keogh's to deal with the sale of my property and the purchase of another. Harley dealt with this. We had been in our previous property for nearly 33 years and conveyancing has altered a lot in this time and also due to covid. I had no idea there were so many forms to complete and processes to go through.If I needed to ask a question, whether it was by email or phone Harley always responded immediately or rang me back if he was unable to take the call straight away. He explained everything in an easy to understand way and was always pleasant and personable. Nothing was ever too much trouble.I have no hesitation in recommending Keogh's and in particular Harley Sommer for conveying.

Trying to claim back my exes after non fault accident through them, gives no update at all and constantly having to chase them up, constantly being put on hold upwards of 45 min to get through to someone. Go through other firms like Carpenters if you can help it.

Absolute shambles if I could give no stars I would, 1hr wait time on hold promised call back that don't happen. Always chasing for info, they dont answer other insurance companies when chasing them to do their job. I wish I could name and shame a few staff but I won't go that low. They know who they are if they read this. I hope to god they get a bit of karma one day and have to go through what they put others through

I have not enjoyed dealing with this company, at all. Originally, the cost for using this company was agreed via an estate agent and agreed upfront. I was then given a much larger cost by Keoghs and had to chase this to have it corrected. The original person in charge of my 'account' at Keoghs, to me, was lackadaisical in her responses and timing. When she needed something, she was more than happy to make contact, but If i requested info verbally or via email or an update and she wasn't available and left messages for her at reception, she didn't appear to be in any hurry to respond. Drove to the building in the evening to leave paperwork off and sent emails asking for confirmation that these had been received (as my mothers original death certificate was included) and had no response to that, or subsequent emails or messages left with reception. I found the lack of communication frustrating. I have since, completed in early July and it is now the beginning of November and have been contacted by another person and in their words, it's no ones fault" but my property is still not registered with land registry as they are saying the form they asked me to sign and have witnessed was in the wrong format and not acceptable and that they need me to have the correct form signed and witnessed again. During covid when I have changed jobs to work remotely to ensure that I don't have to have human contact
