Bought and Sold through Ferrino in one single transaction. Moving house can be one of the most stressful things you can do but they made it as painless as possible even during the busiest of times. There were a few hurdles that popped up during the move but were promptly met by Ferrinos professionalism and they worked the problems quickly so everything could progress on schedule. We needed to buy a property in the region served by Ferrino & Partners. Our experience with them went far beyond what one would expect from a normal estate agent. This firm really does act as a single unit, all the people in the office were aware of the progress of our negotiation, and able to deal quickly and efficiently with any problems. They coped with any query with humour and intelligence, A really well thought out operation which delivers an exceptional service.

Ferrino and Partners were absolutely brilliant when we bought our property with them. They supported us through the whole process, keeping us updated at every turn. Sally and Raine kept us buoyant when the process didn't go as smoothly as we had hoped and were there for the good times too!

I had a Terrible experience with the estate agents, we lost a property with them after we had our offer accepted. We supplied all of our personal information to them within an hour of having our offer accepted. Ferrino’s placed the property as under offer. 3 days later we lost the property. I feel had they placed the property as SSTC as soon as we had supplied our information we may not have lost the property.We also were not able to renegotiate which seemed a bit odd.Thankfully we have found another property locally and when we come to sell this property we will not be using this estate agents or recommend friends/family to use them.

Tried to arrange a viewing of a property and each time was told they'd get back to me - and didn't. Had to chase 3 times and each time they took my name, phone number and email. The last time (2 days ago), they said they'd arrange a a viewing for 3pm today. By noon today, I still hadn't heard anything so I rang AGAIN only to be told they didn't have my details on the system (sigh!) and that I hadn't been booked in for the viewing. Then I was told that they hadn't got back to my earlier voice mail today because I didn't leave my number . Well, obviously I assumed at that point that I WAS on the system and booked in, so why should I? Really disappointed by the poor organisation I experienced.

Recently sold through Ferrino. Faultless service from start to finish. The team kept us updated every step of the way and acted very speedily on our behalf. Thank you again.
