House of Juniper

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at the House of Juniper. It came highly recommended by photographer friends of ours that live in Scotland. We were the first guest to check in for the season so everything had been beautifully crafted! We very much enjoyed the morning breakfast basket deliveries! After being on a long trip and having to eat out for a lot of the meals it was very enjoyable getting to just eat alone in our room! We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone we know traveling to the Isle of Skye!

Great place, great location and very nice people. Our trip to Kirkwall got canceled due to bad weather and we decided to stay here for two days. We really liked the place. Stayed on the top most floor (Room 2) with an amazing view of the lake from the window.

The House of Juniper exceeded my expectations while staying in Isle of Skye! We stayed in one of the luxury suites in The Manse and it was super spacious and clean. I even got to use their spa facilities as well which was a nice bonus! The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Of all the accommodation stays i have been to this is one of my worst. Crammed rooms. A vegan breakfast with one apple juic, one apple, a croissant and a vegan yoghurt leave much to be desired. No tables and chairs both within the common areas or outdoors. Ugly reception in a corridor. Old decor. And then to top it all receptionists offer a take it or leave it approach. And with the prices they charged its just a rip-off.

I stayed here with my fiancé Bert on a recent trip to Skye.The breakfast , room and view were all amazing !! Close to all the amenities of Broadford, and just beautiful scenery.Would highly recommend, and will definitely be back !!

After a long day of riding motorcycles through the countryside, it was such a wonderful surprise to stay at this beautiful spot. Our room was fabulous, very roomy with everything one could need and had a beautiful view of the water. We enjoyed the charming basket of breakfast treats. I felt that there was only on negative that I could comment on and that I would have liked a small table next to the bathroom sink. The sink is beautiful but has little space for a gal's makeup bag and stuff. With that said, the bathroom was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here.

This hotel is an absolute gem. Just of the main road along the Inner Sound the location provides a great view on it.The reception and staff are very friendly, amazing sauna to relax and a lovely breakfast provided in the morning.The room is neat, the bathroom and shower are excellent and the bed is the best! Haven't slept in such a good bed, outside of home, for quite a while!As a bonus, the Claymore restaurant is a 3 minute walk away.If you're travelling the Isle of Skye, make sure to book a room here!

Great place to stay! The beds were insanely comfortable and everything felt very clean and modern, which is nice after coming back from a long day hiking. We used the sauna and it was nice, no complaints. I think the exterior could use a bit of work. It was a gorgeous day out and there was no seating on the patio. Seems a bit strange to not having any. Beware that if you have a ground floor room you pretty much have to keep your blinds closed the whole time or people can really easily see in. I wish the rooms had a microwave since the food options are not immaculate on the island overall, but easy to walk to the Grocery store from here.

Stayed here a couple of weeks ago and really enjoyed my time here. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were comfortable and well kept. I stayed in the cabins and it was nice having my own little place with a comfortable bed and a kitchen. The kitchen was nice as I could cook my own food. The bothy bar was open each evening too and it was nice to have a little drink after a day out adventuring on Skye. Plus this place is pretty conveniently located in Broadford and you can walk to a grocery store, shops, and small restaurants as well. I highly recommend staying here!
