Russell did an amazing job of our house. Very friendly guy and showed up when expected, couldn't be happier! I also thought the pricing was really reasonable and the process of arranging the measure up and going in to choose the carpet was easy and all the staff were great.

Don't hesitate to book Bristol Flooring!Both ladies in the office were friendly, professional, and helped us to choose the best products for our home. They organised the process (of reflooring our whole house) seamlessly from start to finish.Our two fitters did an absolutely super job and we're over the moon with the result. Bonus is that they left the house clean and tidy every day, which was particularly helpful as we have a toddler and a baby. They were also really friendly which made it very easy to have them around.All in all, we're really impressed and highly recommend!

I can't actually comment on the quality of service Bristol Flooring provide or how good said flooring may be. BUT having been a resident of North Street for nearly 2 years now, they bring me much joy with their window displays! They're so good! Whoever does these needs a pay rise. So if I DID ever need some flooring, consider your advertising effective.

We have been using Bristol Flooring since 2005. We can't rate the company highly enough. From the initial enquiries to the final fit, everyone involved is friendly, professional and highly competent. To top it off, they are really reasonable as well. We will be back. They are our go to flooring solution everytime. Great local service at a great price is extremely rare these days!! Thank you.

After a fairly negative first experience with Bristol Flooring (where they cut our carpet wrong and we now have an extra bit inserted in which is still visible), I was willing to give them another go as they were very apologetic last time and I would always prefer to support a local business.Sadly this time, the fitting has left us with multiple scratches and paint chips (plus marks on brand new radiator pipes) and we're going to have to repaint our door and all skirting boards (which were all done fresh for our new nursery).All we politely asked for was a refund of the £60 fitting fee, which seemed fair enough given extent of damage, but after a visit from them where we were undermined, lectured and told it was our poor paint job etc., we only got £15 back for the cost of the door trimming (the door is completely scratched all along the bottom on both sides - £15 doesn't really feel reasonable).Terrible outcome made worse by the very defensive person who came over to tell us it's not their fault that the whole skirting board is marked and chipped and try to make it all out to be our fault - not ideal way to talk to a heavily pregnant woman, or any customer! I had to ask my husband to join us as I felt very intimidated.We were also told it was our fault as we had rushed the fitter so that was also why this had happened (but actually Bristol Flooring asked to change our fitting time the day before for them to come first thing in the morning so the fitter wasn't waiting around all day just for our job" - we didn't really want this but accepted it - and the fitter finished 30 minutes ahead of schedule so not sure how we rushed them. Either way
