Louise Sloane is absolutely amazing. I wish I could give more than five stars! I developed concerns about my eyesight during lockdown and she was prepared to see me, in this challenging time. She is by far a highly skilled professional; reassuring and putting you at ease. She carried out the most thorough examination I have ever had, explaining the various tests and results clearly and with great reassurance. It was my first time going to her and I highly, highly recommend her. I will be using her as my permanent optician from now on. Thank you Louise, you were an answer to prayer. I am confident my eyesight is in good hands.

Both myself and my wife had our eyes tested by Louise and found her to be knowledgable, professional and efficient in an extremely kind way. The practice, which is well laid out with state of the art equipment, is run by an impressive and welcoming team of ladies. We would highly recommend Louise Sloan Opticians to everyone.

My eye test experience with Louise was excellent. She is highly skilled, but also friendly and helpful, explaining the various test and results very clearly. I was worried about the health of my eyes, but Louise's tests (and her super scanner which proves a depth and granularity of testing unavailable in most places) provided great reassurance

The range of frames is excellent and unlike some of the high street chains you're not overwhelmed with racks of choices - just a range of great quality frames at good prices. I recently moved to the area and changed to Louise Sloan's. I am glad I did as the service is amazing, with delightful support staff, and Louise is a skilled and caring optician. Her attention to detail saw me buying some very good day-to-day glasses as well as some for cycling. There is no hard sell, just good quality care and customer service. Highly recommend.

Every time I visit Louise Sloan Opticians, both Louise and her staff have been very friendly, efficient and professional. My vari-focal glasses are just perfect and so comfortable. Also, Louise was incredibly patient and helpful with me when I decided to try contact lenses and my whole family are now using her practise for their eye tests. I would not hesitate to recommend Louise Sloan Opticians.

I developed a problem with my sight during lockdown, googled it - both NHS and RNIB websites were great and I concluded it was probably nothing serious, all I needed to do was ask for a specific check at my next routine eye test. I called Louise who said my conclusions were probably right but... clearly she had concerns because she followed up twice by phone and also sent information in the post. Following her advice I contacted the eye clinic, saw them and it turns out I need laser surgery. i am about to have that and will always be grateful for Louise's diligence and consideration, particularly at a time when life is so strange for all of us.. I have used this practice for many years, when Louise's father was there and even before then. i wholeheartedly recommend it..

I have just collected my new glasses from Louise Sloan in Horsham, and I felt compelled to leave a review; an exceptional experience from start to finish with professional, friendly staff who were a world away from the hubbub of the high street chains; no sense of being rushed and no queue to join. A joy to deal with and highly recommended. 5 stars!
