After a recommendation from a friend, went along for a check up - contact lenses and new glasses. Eddie was fantastic. So patient, informative and really down to earth advice. Came out with a few pairs of lenses to try and a new pair of glasses that I totally love wearing. Just been back to order the lenses that best suited me. As someone who specialises in customer service training, I can honestly say this was one of the most customer centric experiences I've had with a local business. Absolutely first class and highly recommend them.

This was my first appointment after my local optician closed but I had every confidence in Salmoni as my family and friends had been regulars for years. My experience lived up to my expectations: all the staff were welcoming, knowledgeable and very professional. They offer a wide variety of frames, give you time to browse and offer advice to find a frame to suit your face. It was very busy on a Saturday morning which tells you a lot about the reputation of the business.

Best Optician in Perth!!! The staff are so helpful and will bend over backwards to meet needs. I had an emergency with my son just before we were due to leave for holiday and they could not have done more for us.I have been a patient here for 30 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Customer service isn't guaranteed anymore sadly but Salmoni's is a wonderful example of how it should and can be done.

Have used Norman Salmoni Ooticians fur the past 30 years. Staff have always been very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive over the years.New premises are superb, full of the latest technology to make prescribing much quicker and efficient.

Fantastic attitude. I went to them because they were honest with my late Mother. Salmoni refused to sell her specs that would not help her eyesight unlike many others who ripped her off. As someone who walks into lampposts without my specs they have provided a great service and a great product with professionalism and fantastic customer service.

Have to say after using Salmoni for many years I was disappointed with them , the communication was bad , had to wait 3 weeks on glasses, was not given the information that the consultation about contact lenses was now not covered by NHS , and would have to pay £50 I was only told this when I went for the appointment in the waiting area with other people around which was embarrassing .
