15 minutes on the line, no customer service, just repeating song (10 am), waste of time trying to call there. Line 156 was diverted in West Wilton to Hawes. No online update, Google Maps still showing the non-diverted route. No warnings on the stops in West wilton. Lost 2 hours and had to walk all the way t Wensley

This bus doesn't worth even one star always late, never on time, never apologise for there continually poor service. This company should not provide. Service in Leeds! All they do is take your money and turn up whenever they like. I had worked for First & is former companies ( Metro / Yorkshire Rider / Badgerline) it is a place I am always welcomed, and always good meeting former colleagues.

Long walk for people who are less than fit, as a disabled person I found it almost impossible to get to and to find. Once in there though the last in the office was really nice and helpful and very obliging. Showed me a better way to get home on the bus. And even have me a cup of tea to recover.

Worst customer services and physical products/services ever.Don't answer the phone. Changed the online complaints form to a 30-odd field form rather than the straightforward email address and complaint fields to dissuade complaints (no, it's not to sort them easier, don't lie. We aren't all as stupid as you think we are, and many of us have worked in customer services and know how it works)And don't get me started about the ACTUAL bus services. Completely useless. These buses have made me late three times in a fortnight and earned me a verbal warning at work. Get a taxi, First said. PAY FOR IT YOU B***ARDS. I already pay you lot £55 a month for a service you do not provide.Plus the monitors at stops and stations are not updated to show cancellations or knocks so you end up waiting for buses that aren't coming and that makes you even later to your destination. And then the drivers wonder why they get abuse?I have NEVER dealt with any company that has such an utter lack of respect for its customers. Disgraceful. If this was a high-street business and not a multi-million pound contract they'd be shut down under Trading Standards law.

Your bus service is absolutely terrible.I’m sick of waiting for buses that don’t turn up.It would be nice to let me know that their will be a delay in advance so that I can book a taxi.

First is messing with their business and customers : bus canceled everyday on my line (especially in the evening), bus not showing, bus waiting at the stop for no special reason to drive again after 10 minutes, 3 bus coming at the same time sometimes. Even worst : bus showing the « not in service » sign to avoid getting passengers when they are late.And I don’t forget to mention the special one about a driver looking at me and deciding not to stop despite I have been waiting in the freezing cold for this bus for 45 mnThis level of service is aweful and should not be tolerated in a developed country like UK

I worked at Hunslet Bus Depot and the bus driver banter was Awesome and the rest of the bosses were Excellent

I think the other reviews say it all. Buses meant to be every 10 minutes but no show for 30. Absolutely dreadful service.In saw a bus pass Not In Service, that coincided with the bus I was waiting for disappearing from the board. Lazy driver? No clue!
