I did not follow up my initial enquiry as circumstances changed. But during my telephone conversations they were very polite and interested in my concerns. I was recommended by friends who had used them.

Repaired rotten floor after leak for an insurance quote. Took a while for them to arrive but eventually showed up. Had to go to local builders merchant to buy timber. Had wrong flooring so had to drive round local flooring suppliers to find something. Work looked good from inside bathroom but shower leaked immediately and sealant started to lift after three weeks. Then toilet waste became disconnected, showering ground under unit with human waste. Further investigation showed pipe cladding not replaced and new copper pipes completely unclad. Emailed and left messages on various numbers for them to contact me but nothing. Won’t be using again and cannot recommend.

Slow service, food average

SH Caravans provided an excellent service all round. I will highly recommend them. Nothing was too much trouble. Polite, tidy & very hard working. Great price and a great result. Many thanks to you all. I will have no hesitation in using your services again. So good to find people who do exactly what they say they will do.

I found this company very efficient at an affordable charge.

This company agreed to refund half of the deposit I paid them as I was unable to go ahead with the job they were going to do. It took over 3 months for them to finally agree to this refund after countless emails from myself. That was on 22 June 2016 when they told me we will send you a cheque for this amount". Since then they have asked me on two occasions to confirm that I would accept the agreed amount which I have confirmed. Despite numerous emails

Very unhelpful will not call them again.
