Very unfriendly woman behind the counter. No hello when you enter, no thank you when you pay. Literally when I paid, the woman walked away without saying anything. There was another woman in the shop equally unfriendly. They clearly need customer service training. I will definitely go to big stores like Tesco and Sainsbury’s to get my favourite polish products rather then going back there. Rude rude rude.

Love polish food but rude merci of staff. Said 3 times hello no reply just left the store without checking their price (originally came to browse)

Very nice little store full of staples of Polish cuisine and pantry. Conserved Veggies, rye bread, honey, even pierogi ready to pop into your pan. Only inconvenience I see is the size of this place. It's really tiny and if more than two customers come in its already getting cramped.

Really very good Polish Deli - excellent selection of bread and other goodies particulary those wonderful Polish Donuts! And Eva always gives my dog a treat and is so helpful.

Polish supermarket Like to shooping in Prima . Always find the product what I'm looking for. Staff is very friendly and helpful specially Anita. Product is always fresh. All range of ham,salami and sausages available. Fresh fruit and vegetables, pasta, bread, cheese and sweetie. Loved it.
