My old boiler died. The heat exchange had exchanged its last heat.Brian came out, checked and explained what was wrong and presented different options. New heat exchanger Vs new boiler and the options available.Opted for a new Worcester 1000.Was installed today. Prompt, efficient, clean.Can't recommend highly enough.

Brian switched our new house from oil to gas and he has done such a brilliant job. Lovely new boiler in the hot press, removed two water tanks and the oil tank from the garden giving us much more space, plus plumbing us in for a gas cooker. He worked a 13 hour day to ensure it was all done, and was friendly and professional throughout and left everything neat and tidy at the end. Highly recommend!

Brilliant service, friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable. They recommended the best place to install the tap as kitchen pipes not accessible due to the location of the kitchen. Will definitely use again for plumbing and Gas services; I will be recommending to family and friends. Thank you again.

Called Brian this afternoon after being told by Phoenix we had a possible gas leak inside the house, and they had to turn off our gas mains. He came out to the house a few hours later and got everything sorted, great worker and an absolute gent, highly recommend!!

Brian serviced gas boiler. Explained everything he was doing in great detail. Came back a week later to install smart thermostat. Talked me through everything from downloading the app to showing how to use it. Very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend him.
