Reasonably priced and brilliant string job.

Prompt and easy to use service. Booked and paid for online, then drop you racquet at the little convenience store at the station. Had no issues, reasonably priced. Very handy for central London racquet services. Will use again.

Have had 2 stringing jobs done. Nothing wrong with first experience. A lot wrong with second one. Both times was pretty responsive over text and stringing done to a good job and on time. Second time the following happened- had already paid through website and was then told via text that prices had gone and I needed to transfer extra amount direct to bank- Asked if he could check swing weight (10 sec job if you have machine) on racket, was told sorry I don't have time for that mate."- I provided my own string (white razor code) and paid for only stringing. When I go pick it up its black razor code. I let him know the wrong string has been put in and he tells me he won't charge me for the strings (seems obvious as I didn't pay for them) and will return my strings at pickup point. Strings never get returned- paid to have my regular grip replaced. It's the worst job I've ever seen. Had to remove and re-do the whole thing. Of course no refund given or acknowledgement that it was terrible"
