Arbor Holiday and Knightcote Farm Cottages

The cottage we stayed in was absolutely superb, 6 bedrooms 2 ensuite with tvs in rooms and plenty of wardrobe space. Big family bathroom with bath and separate shower, spare bedding and towels in airing cupboard.The lounge has seating for at least 10 on the big couches the dining table in the cottage kitchen/ diner seats 12 a fully fitted kitchen, with two vens and a big double hob and dishwasher. Washer and drier in small utility room. There is a selection of films games and books to use too. The whole house is fitted in oak all bespoke wardrobes and furniture the kitchen is handmade too everything wooden is handmade and in oak. I cannot state how beautiful this house is and very clean. If you are holidaying in this area or maybe on a getaway weekend with the girls this place has it all. Close to the M40 and with small village pubs and restaurants around. You will not be disappointed.

We were a group of 15 people staying across two of the cottages ranging in age from 1 yr old to 80yrs. It was unbelievable how well the cottages were equipped and set up. Every thought has been put into making each guests stay enjoyable and comfortable from the youngest (special wheel around car for 1 year old) to the oldest (special chair and bed risers) and those aged in between (play area, DVDs, books, go-kart, scooters!). Fiona was delightful to deal with and so accommodating. We hope we can return in future, it will definitely be our first choice location.

Beautiful accommodation and great hosts. We really enjoyed a relaxing stay here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others. We hope to return again soon.

Our second visit to Chestnut Cottage & once again it was a wonderful relaxing stay.Fiona goes the extra mile with home made goodies & flowers to welcome us.The cottage was spotless and extra hand wash and gel, but it was great as an escape from the outside World.Fiona ordered some Autumn sunshine and once again suggested some good local walks, shops, pubs etc and the information folder was bang up to date.We ventured further into the Cotswolds & pre booked a couple of National Trust visits & pub meals - Bibury & The Swan and Hidcote & The Ebrington Inn, and the most amazing garden shop in Burford!Can’t wait to return and enjoy Fiona’s wonderful holiday cottage

A delightful place to relax and unwind. Easy to get to from London it is perfect for meeting up with friends and catching up. Fiona is a prefect host.

Had a great time with the family, lots of nice walks locally and the go kart was much appreciated!1

Very comfortable accomodation in a good central location for Warwickshire. Plus not far from M40 plenty of parking space Has old tractors on show and pleasant walks.

We stayed at Knightcote Farm Cottages on our recent trip over from France with our children as we needed somewhere where the children would be well catered for (both with kit and things to do locally) - the cottage was everything we could have hoped for and meant we could keep our packing to a minimum. We did loads locally including Warwick Castle, Drayton Manor Park and Zoo and lots of walking. Highly recommend Knightcote Farm Cottages!

The place is wonderful with lot of nature views around. Fiona (the host) is very helpful and I really cannot thank her enough. If you are looking for peace, this is the perfect place.Of course, having a car is a must because no public transportations at this area
