Nice, clean old style pub/restaurant.Wood beam low ceilings farm house style decor.Child friendly with outdoor seating and play area, bird cage outside, tree house.Food is average, IMHO opinion just way too hot, I can assume its microwaved its so hot and my steak and Kidney pudding was hard on base and edges.Average food mains price £11 dessert £6.Good amount of parking.

Oh my goodness this place needs 10 stars. Service was brilliant and friendly. Food came quickly. It was hot, home made big portions and very tasty. Fresh veg and plenty of it. I’m going back for more Liver and Onions and apple pie and custard. Massive menu. We all loved our dinners. Lovely seating area outside and dog friendly. Very good prices. Thank you

The Yew Tree is a family favourite for us and we visit often throughout the year and have never had a bad experience. The bar itself is very small and the selection available is not huge but what is on offer is decent. Service is always good and the staff are very friendly. Food is always good and fairly priced and despite usually being part of a big group our food always comes out together with no issues. There is a large garden area which includes an aviary and a kids play area. There is a decent sized free car park.

Well... the pub is somewhat different it has its qwerkiness about it, if you look up you can see so many old farming tools. The food was edible but wasn't the greatest-tasted microwaved (instant mash for a start)And for the drinks ie. Coca cola tasted like it was watered down.Service was okay....Will give this place another try in the future.

Drinks only. What a beautiful quirky place. Very reasonable priced cider and beer. A pub full of amazing walls and ceilings filled with wonders from all over. Pool table and small avery outside. Warm welcome would visit again! Was very busy inside for food i assume :)

Lovely pub, great garden, the ladies were lovely excellent customer service but the food let them down. There were five if us and not one of us managed to eat our whole meal. Would definitely go again for drinks but not for dinner

Such an adorable little place. Friendly staff and the food is proper tasty too. Would definitely recommend this pub. Classic traditional English decor and very cozy. Brillant place to watch the footie and other sports.

The Yew Tree Inn
After many years of visiting the island (we used to have a caravan there) this was our 1st visit to The Yew Tree......and it won't be the last.Fantastic tasty food with very generous portions and extremely good value.Staff were fantastic and even though they were very busy we were served pretty quickly.Can't wait to go back.
