Laser Combat Glasgow Clydebank (FKA Lazer Planet Clydebank)

From booking until leaving it was absolutely 5 star! Every member of staff we encountered was professional, friendly and happy to help. Sophie, in particular, was amazing and very good with the kids. My son and his friends had the best time at his Laser party including destroying the food at the end. Great value for money as it was seemless from start to finish. We would highly recommend it for a fun afternoon, we were lucky enough have the arena to ourselves and will definitely be back! Thank you!

The young women in laser tag was absolutely amazing and well organised, even helping me who is disabled and in my wheelchair.There was a 9th very rowdy Birthday Party with 17 boys and they did run around and jump on the walls, punch, kick each other and then tripping each other up, hitting each other with balloons, flinging shoes etc, complete madness indeed .They also made fun of my child’s Balloon fear, may I say the parents were not much better on this point and making their own comments, also not watching the 17 kids behaviour & language or even supporting the worker who did amazing trying to contain them etc.We were disappointed when we learned it was card payments only for drinks, food etc unless you had booked and paid online excluding the drinks which you can’t order online. I did speak with the manager as there was no indication, signs or warnings anywhere and it’s in the smallest print in the confirmation e-mail which is basically impossible to locate. We did get courtesy drinks for our meal which was a great gesture from the manager and made our experience still a great one.I would like to say the laser tag 3 games itself were brilliant and fabulously timed but I think that helped due to the amazing staff member which I think deserves an award to be honest, nothing was a issue, polite, kind, helpful, professional at all times too.This member of staff is an example to all staff members and an exemplary employee, especially dealing with 17 mad & crazy approximately 9 year olds, while dealing with other customers too.

Great fun, great location, great set-up, fantastic staff!

Great experience today with Sophie! We came ina party of 4. Two 6+ kids and two adults. We had a absolute ball and I'm sure the kids will be talking about it for years to come. Can't wait to get back this is definitely a must to activity
