SCHMIDT Stanmore

We have recently ordered our kitchen from Schmidt Stanmore and I would like to thank Kevin and his team for such a professional service and for offering us a very competitive price. During the design stage, Kevin has been extremely patient and very knowledgeable with giving us ideas on the best layout for our kitchen, and although during this stage further changes had to be made, Kevin was very accommodating and helped us re-configure the kitchen to meet our specification. All the staff that we have dealt with at Schmidt have been very professional and always happy to help. We can’t wait to see what the final result will look like, but if our experience so far is anything to go by, we feel reassured that it will be just as how we have imagined it.

We had always known that we would appoint Schmidt to build our new kitchen even before we appointed our building contractors! We first went to see Schmidt Stanmore in September 2020 and placed the order after designs made by their former employee Arzoo. Between sept 2020 and Dec 2021, we changed our layout of the extension and made the kitchen bigger! Schmidt was very accommodating in changing the designs and to our specification. They also built a bespoke spice jar cupboard that we requested. The kitchen was fitted in October 2022..two years after our first order and that was because our builders were not ready for the fit and Schmidt Stanmore were accommodating in waiting until we were ready. We also engaged them to build our utility room to carry the flow of the same colours and cupboards. Kevin and Lisa-Marie have been really patient and helpful with us through your our project. We had a great experience of ordering our kitchen from Schmidt Stanmore. I have not ordered a kitchen before so I went into the process not knowing a lot but the service given to us by Ryan who was the lead designer was amazing. We had 4 appointments with Ryan before even ordering the kitchen and Ryan took his time to go through the choices we had to make and help us with design decisions. At no point during the design process did we feel rushed or pressured to make a decision and put a deposit down.On installation we did have a number of issues but these were all dealt with by Schmidt and resolved to a satisfactory standard by Kevin. We were happy all of these were dealt and not just dismissed which was good customer service.I would highly recommend ordering a kitchen with Schmidt and would save special praise for Ryan. Even after installation we would still hear from Ryan to confirm we were happy with everything and if we had any issues. No demand was to much for Ryan and no question to simple or complicated to answer. Without Ryan I know we would not have got the high quality kitchen we did.

We were delighted with our lovely Schmidt kitchen and received first class desgin advice as well as an excellent customer service from Kevin and his team. Even when there was a small problem with one of the applicances they sorted it immediately and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

Just want to say a huge thank you to Lisa-Marie and the whole team at Schmidt Stanmore for their help in designing and creating our dream kitchen!We approached a few kitchen suppliers but following a conversation with the team at Schmidt Stanmore we were convinced they were the right people to take it forward.We had a very quirky layout, and the team (Alan and Lisa-Marie in particular) were able to provide innovative solutions that made the most of our space.The materials and variety of products are excellent, and we were so happy with the finished design.Lisa-Marie was meticulous in ensuring our measurements were correct with numerous home-visits and there is a very well laid out pathway from design to installation which we were very happy with.They worked very hard to keep within the framework of our budget and timeline and we were very pleased with the outcome.Sara and Kevin have also provided excellent aftersales care and when small issues have come up, they have been dealt with quickly and resolved with plenty of communication.A special mention to Tony from the install team too.Overall, really happy with our choice in choosing Schmidt Stanmore and would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of a kitchen refurbishment!

I had a great experience with the Stanmore team. From the start to the end, the team was always welcoming, polite, helpful, professional and very efficient. Okan and Lisa Marie were so kind to me and understanding, they made the whole process stress-free. The kitchen units are neat and sturdy, well designed and reliable. Measuring and installation went really well and the work top service was very prompt. I am very happy with the final outcome. When there was a delay with the final delivery the team worked hard to get things sorted and Okan kept us informed at all times, showing that he really cares! I believe that you will have a lovely experience with them, as the people I met there are really trustworthy.

This is a long overdue review as I wanted to take the time to explain the exemplary level of service we were provided by Schmit Stanmore, and in particular from interior designer Ray.We booked a (free) appointment for a consultation visit to our home to discuss the redesign our kitchen. Ray visited our home and explained all the possible options for our kitchen, including special features that Schmit offer but others do not. From the moment Ray entered our house, he was polite, humourous and professional. No amount of questions were too much. I am an architect myself and I could tell that Ray was not blagging anything - he was knowledgeable and had a good eye for design and style.Following the appointment Ray booked us in to visit the store over the next few weeks, where he would show us the designs he had prepared. The presentation he showed us was thorough and captured all of our requirements within the design. The designs were functional but stylistic, and represented through beautiful realistic renders. He had considered things we even forgot we told him, such as the way we would entertain and little things that we disliked about our current kitchen.Ray was not pushy at all but explained the features of his designs down to the very detail, and the additional features offered only by Schmidt such as deeper units. Schmidt offered a huge range of high end high quality kitchens with extra features. Their customer service could not be faulted during our process of working with Schmit so far. Ray in particular is a huge credit to the company and me and my family cannot praise him enough - as you can see by this review!

We are delighted with our new kitchen, the layout works extremely well. The quality of the kitchen is excellent and it was fitted very well with no problems. Our new kitchen was for our new build home, so we had many things to consider and factor in at the time, Schmidt helped us with great ideas with the planning and layout.The cabinets are high quality, look good and are very practical.Highly recommend

Schmidt Stanmore team had the most amazing vision of design for our needs like no other kitchen company we were in contact with.Amazing service from start to finish, very professional, from the design of our kitchen through to the installation and final details. After sales service was fantastic and they made sure we were happy with our project. Would highly recommend Schmidt and their team.
