Avoid at your peril" very poor customer service unwilling to help and ignore your messages, i placed a order and it never arrived at my new address they sent it to the wrong address even though i contacted days before the item was dispatched, they stated its ebays problem, not very helpful for a paying customer that provides there income

I've had dealings with this company via Ebay whwere they are known as Motorcycle Mailparts and also the Bike Guys. They were nice as pie begin with but became increasingly unhelpful as time went by. They were not at fault initially as they supplied the correct parts. The problem came when I asked about returning the parts. They could have just said no and it would not have been a problem but they said yes. After months of prevarication it obviously was a problem. They now accuse me of not having returned the goods. Very sloppy customer service from Tanya & Scott.
