Sentient Dogs Training & Behaviour Academy

We struck it lucky coming across Sentient Dogs Training. Tania showed us that as well as whistle recall and impulse control, we can now play games with our 5 month old labrador Echo such as find the face, It was so important for us to have fun with our puppy as well as serious training. Tania was so patient with us and offered lots of advice. It was amazing to watch her training with our puppy and we would highly recommend Sentient Dogs Training. Thank you Tania- we loved every second of our training.

Tania was absolutely amazing with our 'excitable' Minature Schnauzer Hamish. She was so patient with us and him, teaching us so much about how to calm him etc. We learnt so much from her and I can't recommend highly enough!

I had an initial ‘puppy consultation’ with Tania for help and advice on how to introduce my cats to my new puppy when he arrives. I have to say I was a bit anxious about what to do. Tania put my mind at ease straight away! She has given me some great tips and things to prepare to make sure both puppy and cats will be safe and happy. Tania was very approachable and I could tell straight away that she loves dogs and wants whats best for them. She talked about Positive reinforcement which I really liked and I’m sure when I follow her advice it will all go well. I feel better informed and less worried about the whole process. Tania assured me that she is there if I need any help. I’m so excited about bringing my new baby home and can’t wait to get back in touch with Tania to arrange a puppy training package. Working on a 1-2-1 basis with Tania was a great benefit to improving Brodies recalllShe uses great techniques which had Brodie responding positively .The introduction off various methods like use off paste and tease sticks etc caused Brodie to be engaged even when there was various distractions around us.I would recommend Tania as she clearly understands dogs

Tania helped us train our German Shepherd last year and it has been one of the best things we could have done!Tania showed us methods and processes to use to help our dog with her reactivity. All of this has still been useful to this day in helping us to combat situations where our dog could have been otherwise reactive. She's become a great walker as our dog now walks beside us and her reactivity has reduced immensely.I'd highly, highly recommend Sentient Dog Training to anyone who is considering it! Tania is patient, knowledgeable and most importantly great at understanding how to approach each training session with your dog. Our dog was always so excited to see her that she'd almost ignore us for the session!Can't recommend highly enough!

Tania helped with behavioural issues for our 7 month old Sprocker Spaniel and the advice has been amazing!! We've noticed such a big difference, would highly recommend her services.

Has some one to one lessons with Tania when Toby was about 5 months old. we are still using all of the training with Toby, his recall definitely improved and we still use the techniques that Tania taught us.We would highly recommend Tania, she was super patient with Toby and taught us how to improve his behaviour without getting stressed
