Lee was a God send, he explained everything, he went above and beyond. The compassion shown to our family will never be forgotten. Tom ensured everything went to plan on the day and was very professional. Thank you again.

Paula was wonderful, and guided me through whole process. She was always available for questions/queries, or just a chat! Nothing was too much trouble, or a problem. On the funeral day everything ran smoothly, overseen by Lee and his team, so we were able to just grieve and be together with family and friends. Highly recommend.

We could not be more appreciative to Lee and his team. Such empathy was continuously shown at a very distressing time. The respect towards us and my nan (who passed away) was heartfelt right up until the very last minute. It was soo beautiful to see. We were continuously supported and communicated every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble and we were encouraged to ring whenever we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. Lee and his team at WH Putnam were fantastic when entrusted with the care and necessary arrangements for my mother's funeral which took place on 12.02.2021. Lee was the person I liaised with the most and I found him very caring, approachable and informative regarding what I had to do before hand. He was also most helpful when it came to dealing with the cemetery officials, getting the Order of Service sorted, and was very accommodating of our needs - nothing was any trouble for Lee and his team. The feedback too from those who attended the funeral or participated via livestreaming have been positive. Most comments have been about how the funeral was beautiful, well organised and dignified - I couldn't have asked for better. The way things were handled by Lee and his team made it a bit easier for me, this being my first time of arranging a funeral. We are truly grateful for the excellent and professional service received.

From the moment we stepped through the door we were shown such kindness, given great support and care from all the staff at W H Putnam. Planning a funeral seemed so overwhelming but they guided us through each stage and made our experience a positive one.
